1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Verification

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

• A standard wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount applies unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically count 100%, while table games and live casino may count at a reduced rate.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through multiple accounts or coordinated play will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Prohibited Activities

689bt maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent behaviour, collusion, money laundering, and any other activity that undermines the integrity of our platform or harms other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

Using automated bots, scripts, exploits, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself is expressly forbidden. 689bt employs industry-standard detection systems to monitor for irregular betting patterns and automated play.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 689bt platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software interfaces, logos, branding elements, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of 689bt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform strictly for your own personal, recreational use. Any commercial use is expressly prohibited.
• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any 689bt content without prior written consent is a violation of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.
• Third-party game content (provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used on our platform under licence.

8. Limitation of Liability

689bt provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 689bt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall 689bt, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to cease using it.

• If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules before pursuing litigation in any court.
• 689bt does not acknowledge that it operates under Bangladeshi jurisdiction, and nothing in these Terms constitutes a submission to the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts for commercial disputes.
• Notwithstanding the above, users in Bangladesh are reminded that they remain personally responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations that may apply to online gambling activity.

12. Amendments to These Terms

689bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the 689bt platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any amended terms, your only recourse is to close your account and cease all use of the platform.
