About 689bt
Bangladesh's trusted destination for cricket betting, live casino, and premium slots — built for players who expect more.
Our Story
689bt was founded with a single clear purpose: to give players across Bangladesh a world-class online gaming experience that truly fits their lifestyle. From the streets of Dhaka to the coastlines of Cox's Bazar, millions of Bangladeshis are passionate about cricket, live casino games, and the thrill of spinning a slot reel. Yet for years, a platform that combined genuine quality, local payment support, and a language-friendly interface remained out of reach. 689bt was built to change that.
Since our launch, we have grown into one of the most recognized online betting brands in the region. Our team comprises gaming industry professionals, technology engineers, and customer experience specialists — all united by a shared commitment to building something that Bangladeshi players can genuinely trust. We are not simply a platform; we are a community built around the love of sport and the excitement of casino entertainment.
Our Mission & Vision
Our mission is straightforward: make premium online gaming accessible, fair, and enjoyable for every adult player in Bangladesh. We believe that high-quality entertainment should never be complicated. Whether you are following the Bangladesh Tigers in a BPL match, spinning the reels on a Pragmatic Play slot, or sitting at a live baccarat table, 689bt delivers the experience with speed, clarity, and zero unnecessary friction.
Our vision is to be the most player-first betting platform operating in Bangladesh. That means continuously expanding our game library, improving our payment infrastructure, strengthening our security standards, and listening to what our community tells us. Every product decision we make is rooted in one question: does this genuinely benefit our players? If the answer is yes, we build it. If the answer is no, we pass.
What We Stand For
- Security First — Every account is protected with SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and continuous fraud monitoring so your funds and personal data stay safe at all times.
- Fair Play Guaranteed — We partner exclusively with certified providers whose games use verified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring every spin, hand, and outcome is genuinely random and transparent.
- Player-Centric Design — Our platform is built mobile-first, because we know most of our players are in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and beyond — on a phone, on the go, with limited time to spare.
- Community & Support — Our 24/7 customer support team is ready to assist you in real time. From deposit queries to technical questions, no concern goes unanswered.
- Local Roots — 689bt is built specifically for the Bangladesh market. We understand local culture, local payment habits, and local sporting passions — and we reflect all of that in every corner of our product.
Why 689bt Stands Apart
The Bangladeshi online gaming market has grown significantly over the past several years, and with that growth has come a flood of platforms promising the world but delivering very little. 689bt takes a different approach. We have invested deeply in our technology stack to ensure that page load times are fast, game sessions are stable, and withdrawals are processed without unnecessary delay. Whether you are playing during Eid holidays or watching a T20 World Cup match live at 2 AM BST, the platform holds up.
We are also transparent about who we are and how we operate. Our terms are written in plain English, our bonus conditions are clearly stated up front, and our support team is reachable around the clock. There are no hidden traps, no impossible wagering requirements buried in fine print, and no sudden account freezes without cause. That level of honesty is not common in this industry — and it is exactly why tens of thousands of Bangladeshi players have made 689bt their platform of choice.

Built for Bangladeshi Players
Everything about 689bt has been designed with Bangladeshi players in mind. Our sign-up process is streamlined for local users, our customer support team understands the specific needs of players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Barisal, and Cox's Bazar, and our payment gateway integrations are chosen to match the way Bangladesh actually moves money. We accept all major local mobile financial services and process transactions in BDT so there are no currency conversion costs or surprise exchange rate fees.
We also recognize that trust takes time to earn. That is why we make our terms and bonus conditions easy to find, our withdrawal process as quick as possible, and our game fairness certifications available on request. Bangladeshi players deserve a platform that treats them as valued members — and that is precisely the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
689bt takes responsible gaming seriously. We enforce a strict 21+ age policy — players must be 21 years or older to register and play on our platform. We provide self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and session time controls that any player can activate at any time through their account settings. We believe gambling should always be a form of entertainment, never a financial or personal hardship.
If you or someone you know feels that gambling is no longer a leisure activity and is becoming a problem, we encourage you to reach out to our support team immediately. You can also visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for full details on the tools and resources available to you. Your wellbeing always comes first at 689bt.
